We us a combination of webcam ZOOM sessions and powerful virtual whiteboard software with lots of useful features to host our tutorials. We provide ongoing technical support and train all new students on how to use the software in our first free session.
At iterum, we recognize that things don't always go to plan. Other tutoring companies demand as much as 3 full days advance notice to change a scheduled tutorial and will charge a full session fee for missed sessions. We work with you to schedule tutoring at a time that suits you, and ask only to be notified the day before if a session time no longer works!
